In 2013 I finally had to admit a hard truth. I was burned out. And, despite my high threshold for pain, I couldn't handle it anymore.
So I started looking for the solution. I looked everywhere. I tried all sorts of advice, made tons of changes to my life, and worked my ass off (ironically?) to fix my burnout. I'm sorry to tell you that I never found the solution. And yet, I'm no longer burned out.
Why? Because I ended up discovering a whole lot more than the solution.
Enough about me, what about you?
If you're routinely feeling exhausted mentally, emotionally and/or physically - you might be burned out.
If you regularly think things like "this is never going to get better" or "no matter what I do, nothing changes" or "work exists to suck our souls" - you might be burned out.
If you feel like it's impossible to get things done like you used to - you might be burned out.
If all three of those ring a bell, that means you have Burnout Bingo. (You're burned out, dude.)
If you've read this far, I suspect you are battling burnout.
There are at least a couple of ways I can help. Both involve the custom method I created to help men recover from burnout.
I promise no pressure and no hard sales pitch. But if I believe I can help, I'll show you exactly how. Then you get to choose what to do from there.
