These sessions focus on building your confidence and skills around intimate relationships. This isn't "nibbling around the margins" time. We'll go straight into the heart of topics like "shame," "loneliness," "fear," "desire," and "love."
What will it look like? I'll offer you the framework I've used to build the expansively intimate life I enjoy. You'll bring your desires and share the obstacles that are in the way. Together, we'll knock out those obstacles to get you into the life you've always wanted to be leading.
